Your Path with Us

Total duration: approx. 8-12 months (depending on language level, recognition & visa)

Applicants fill out online form / submit CV and certificates. Hakuna Matata checks qualification & language level.

Result: Admission to the placement program

Intensive language course in home country (Goal: B1 or B2 - depending on profession). Support: Online/offline courses, regular tests, exam preparation (e.g. Goethe/telc).

Result: B1/B2 certificate

Certificate recognition, translations, application to responsible authority in Germany. Hakuna Matata handles the application & communication with authorities.

Result: Recognition notice or deficit notice (including adaptation measures)

Online interviews or videos with German employers. Hakuna Matata prepares candidates linguistically & content-wise.

Result: Contract offer

Visa application at German embassy, medical examination. Support: Interview preparation, application assistance.

Result: Receipt of visa
